Biography
Even at an early age of eight, Nuri Seferi came to the ring, with the hope to succeed in this sport later like his grandfather. Equipped with some talent, he drove a short time later, a first success in junior tournaments.
At age 16 he joined the sport and began to coach Sandor Konya in the boxing school on to box. He quickly made the jump to the national peak.
He trained with martial arts legend Andy Hug (K-1) and with Universum Box-Promotion in Hamburg. "Seferi is exactly what is missing many German boxers.. His career Amateurbox Nuri 1998 Schweizeremeister crowned with the title in the heavyweight division. After all ten fights (9 KOs) decided in his favor and his opponent in Switzerland went out of the way, he sought a new challenge and moved into the professional.
The first defeat ever had Nuri in the 9th Professional fight when he insert fourth fight Kostyantyn Okhrey because of an injury in the Round had to stop, however, was ahead on points Nuri. The winning streak came after a 9-month delay.

On 11/02/2005 Nuri denied a heavyweight fight in St. Petersburg (Russia). His opponent was the best heavyweight Russiche then, Denis Bakhtov. Nuri could gather him into the fight, scheduled for 10 rounds and was actually ahead on points but the judges scored the winner for local boxer and thus was declared Bakhtov. Then two more fights and wins cruiserweight followed rather Nuri again got an offer from a heavyweight fight!
Taras Bydenko was the man of the Seferi challenged and it was the hope of the universe heavyweight boxing stable in Hamburg. The fight against Nuri Seferi was Popov a nightmare, it was destroyed by Nuri literally, his luck was that he could go through the rounds and thus he obtained the victory, for Nuri, the decision of the judge was of course again a major disappointment but for Popov was a sign that he should quit boxing and this he did, after fighting Seferi Popov is never returned to the ring.
